Can patrons use Tap to Pay contactless payments on our credit card machines?
Answer:
If the option is available on the credit card machine the patron may use the Tap to Pay option. If the transaction does not work, the patron should use traditional methods like swiping the card or inserting the chip in the chip reader.
There is no troubleshooting process for failed Tap to Pay attempts.
