- Confirm with your Public Service Administrator who will be the interim (must be job role such as Librarian I,II,III) and for how long?
- Create a ticket in Remedy

go to the same place where you submit tickets, go to “Can’t find what you’re looking for,” and choose “Service request.”
- Next Contact ITSD Mobile Team at 210-207-2010 giving the REQ ticket # in order to reassign the phone immediately to keep it from being disconnected.
