What if I am the manager/ PIC of one location and moving to another?

Answer:

  1. Confirm with your Public Service Administrator who will be the interim (must be job role such as Librarian I,II,III) and for how long?
  2. Create a ticket in Remedy
  3.  go to the same place where you submit tickets, go to “Can’t find what you’re looking for,” and choose “Service request.”

  4. Next Contact ITSD Mobile Team at 210-207-2010 giving the REQ ticket # in order to reassign the phone immediately to keep it from being disconnected.
