Q. Why is my print job not uploading?

Only the formats listed when you hover over the Upload button are accepted. 

Accepted Formats:

The accepted formats that can be uploaded to the Print Portal are:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Excel
• PDF
• Image formats (including JPEG & PNG)
• Text formats (CSV, RTF, & TXT)

Google docs must be downloaded to a pdf or Microsoft designation in order to be uploaded to the portal.

Any other format needs to be saved as one of the accepted formats, saving as a PDF is available in most programs.
