Q. How do I add funds in the Online Print Portal?

Funds can be added using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express), or a debit card that allows “credit” transactions.

There are two ways to change the Amount:

• Use the up and down arrows to the right of the Amount Box to increase/decrease.
• Click in the Amount box and type in the desired amount.

To process the transaction:

• Select the “I agree to pay the amount above check box”
• Click on Continue to Payment

IMPORTANT: You will be redirected to the Chase Paymetech Interface to complete the transaction:

• Enter Credit Card information
• Click on Submit

The My Funds amount will reflect your added funds.
