Q. When I enter my Password on the catalog I am getting an error that says I have invalid characters.

If you are seeing an error message when trying to log into the catalog that says your "Password contains invalid characters" this means that you have a special character in your password. 

Passwords can only have letters and numbers. 

Please contact your library to change your password.
