If you have forgotten your password, there are two ways to reset it:
If your account has been registered on Mysapl.org, you can select the "Forgot my password" link. An email will be sent to the address on file, and clicking the link in that email will take you to the page where you can create a new password. Please follow the directions on the screen.
If your account has not been registered on Mysapl.org, please visit any San Antonio Public Library location for assistance. For your privacy, an account password can only be reset in person by the account holder. For accounts belonging to a minor, the minor must be present during the in‑person transaction.
