There is a known issue that affects users of Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10). We are investigating a solution to the problem. In the meantime, you can use "compatibility mode" in IE10 or you can use a different browser, such as Google Chrome, to submit requests through Suggest a Purchase. If you encounter this particular problem, but do not use IE10, please use the Ask a Librarian service and let us know which browser you are using.
