Q. As a Library by Mail patron, why can't I choose a different pickup location other than "Central Library"?

Our Central Library staff receive, process, and mail out holds for all of our Library by Mail patrons. The Central Library has all the tools and equipment staff need and use for processing and mailing.

If you're a Library by Mail patron and can now visit Library locations to pick up your items, please let library staff know during your next visit. They can update your account accordingly.
