Is there a hold on the item?

• If someone else places a hold on the item, you will not be able to renew it.

Have you already renewed the item?

• Books, Audiobooks, DVDs, BlueRays, Music CDs, and Magazines can be renewed up to five times as long as they are not Express Items.

Is your card in good standing?

• Your card must be in good standing to renew any items.
