You will get an email or a phone call when your hold items are ready to be picked up at the location you requested. If you would like to have information sent to your email, San Antonio Public Library will also email you reminders before your checked-out items are due. You may update your email or phone number through the My Account page.
Check the Status of Your Hold
You can check your hold status by logging in to My Account. To check your hold status by phone, call 210-207-6121 and enter your library card number when prompted.
