If you need to change the pickup location of your hold, do the following steps:

  • Sign in to My Account
  • Click "On Hold"
  • If the item is "Not Ready" for pick up, you can click on the "v" to the left of the "Pick up at <location>"; a drop down menu will open which will allow you to select a different pick up location.
  • You will receive a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen in the change is successful.

Please note: If there is no drop-down menu and the status of the hold is "In Transit" or "Ready" you will not be able to change the pickup location. Please call us at 207-2500 or contact us online to request any changes.
