The library's digital collections include both media that can be downloaded and saved to a device ("downloadable") and media that is viewable in a web browser ("browser-based"). Here's an overview of the different media collections, how you can search them, and how you can read/listen to/watch the content:

Searching for Items

  • Search the Catalog
    • You can designate a format type when doing a quick or advanced search. Select one of the following format types, or press the Ctrl button while clicking to select multiple format types:
      • eAudio Books
      • eBooks
      • Downloadable Video
  • Search OverDrive
    • Search for books, audiobooks, magazines, and video directly through OverDrive​

Note

  • Some ebook collections can be read only through a browser and cannot be saved or transferred to a portable device. The ebooks on EBSCOhost collection is one of the larger collections that fall under this category. The Overdrive collection is entirely downloadable.
