If you have never logged into the catalog the link for "Forgot your password or don't have one" will always fail. This link will only work if you have already created an account in the catalog or the app. 

If you are unable to use the "Forgot your password or don't have one" feature to reset your password please contact the library at 210-207-2500, or chat with us at https://ask.mysapl.org/ by clicking on the "Chat with a Librarian" button.

Once you have reset your password you will then be able to log into the catalog
