Texas Group Catalog replaces the previous interlibrary loan request system, ILLiad, as the interface for your interlibrary loan requests; the idea being that asking for an item from a regional library dramatically increases your chances of receiving the loan.  Hence, the Texas Group Catalog is a combined database of items owned by over 500 public libraries in Texas. These libraries participate in a book sharing program that allows libraries and their patrons to borrow books through the interlibrary loan program.
