Once you request an item by placing it on hold, you are added to a waiting list for the item. The status of your request will appear in your account online, and you are able to make several changes while the request is still pending.

Please note: If your request has been filled, and its status reads "In Transit" or "Ready," you will not be able to make any changes online. Please call us at 210-207-2500 or contact us online.
