What do I do if I am having trouble renewing items?

Is there a hold on the item?
- If someone else places a hold on the item, you will not be able to renew it.
Have you already renewed the item?
- Books and audiobooks can be renewed twice. DVDs, videocassettes, music CDs, and magazines can be renewed once.
Is your card in good standing?
- Your card must be in good standing to renew any items.
